- Is Free really free?
- Yes. The Free plan has no trial period, no seat limits and no locked core features. The only charge is the platform fee on cards your customers pay online, and only when they do.
- How do online payments work?
- You connect a Stripe account from Settings. Customers pay from the invoice email and the money settles to your bank. Stripe's processing rate is separate from the TurfPlanner platform fee.
- How do I upgrade?
- During early access, email us from your account and we switch the plan the same day. Self-serve upgrades from Settings are on the way.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. Customers, payments and every report export to CSV on every plan.
